Borrow books
All KEA students and staff can borrow at KEA Library and use the digital resources.
To create a library account, just login using your KEA-mail here:https://kbdk-kea.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/ - and choose a pin code. You need this pin code when using the self service machine.

Loan periode 30 days - and renew from home
You can borrow books for a 30 days period and renew your loans maximum three months, provide no one has reserved them.

Digital resources
Everyone at KEA can access a wide range of digital resources like magazines, journals, e-books, databases, and tools.
You can find the complete list under Digital Resources. You can access all the resources from home, and most of them are automatically available if you’re on KEA’s network.
I cannot login!
If you’re having issues with a login, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
If your KEA login works for your email and itslearning, but not for a resource, the solution is usually to reset your KEA login. The Service Desk has made this guide on how to do this: https://it.kea.dk/. Sometimes, problems can also be fixed by logging in with a different browser or clearing cookies.

Copy and scan guidelines
As a KEA student, you can take copies from books for your own use only. You are not allowed to share your copies.
Be aware: If you have checked out the book, you are only allowed to copy 20 percent of it, or a maximum of 30 pages.

Who can borrow?
All KEA students and staff can borrow at KEA Library!

How long can I keep the books?
You can take them home for a period of 30 days and renew them up to 3 months, as long there are no reservations for them.

How do I check out books?
You simply use your KEA-mail. You choose your pin code from your library profile and you can always change it (in case you forget).

How many books can I borrow?
As many as you can carry! Just make sure to return them – and we’re happy.

What if I am unable to return the books on time or my dog ate them?
Well, then we’ll refer to our guidelines regarding lost materials. But do not worry, we usually find a solution!

Can I see examples of past KEA reports?
Yes, you certainly can!
KEA Reports offers access to past final KEA reports and speciel report from all of KEA's programs.
Please note: only final reports are included. Internship reports and semester assignments are not part of the archive.

When is the library open?
Staffed opening hours: Monday – Thursday from 09:00 – 14:00 and Friday from 11:00-13:00.
Self-service opening hours: in accordance to the general opening hours at KEA.

Can I find my curriculum books in the library?
Yes, we have a curriculum section, where you are guaranteed to be able to read the obligatory literature.

Of course! Drop by the library or write us a mail and we’ll help you find the information you need!
You can also get 30 minutes of individual guidance from an information specialist from KEA Library.
